At Khazana Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product seal is broken or tampered with upon delivery
- The product does not match the description on our website
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals that were intact at the time of delivery
- Products that have been consumed or partially used
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Products damaged due to customer negligence or improper storage
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return
- Include photos of the damaged or incorrect product if applicable
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- JazzCash/EasyPaisa Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval for future purchases
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Products returned with minor damage not affecting usability
- Products returned without original packaging
- Orders where only some items are being returned
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free pickup and full refund or replacement
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our standard return process.
